		<description>I remember making similar points--more focused on higher education but also on GC alumni entrepreneurs in Elkhart County--during the Horizon 1.0 conversations.  I&#039;m glad the effort has not been abandoned, but I agree with you.  Don&#039;t just talk. Do stuff.  The Richard Florida book on The Rise of the Creative Class was the central book for Bill Johnson back in &#039;03. It still works. Tolerance, the Arts,Technology are key variables in attracting the Creative Class.</description>
